I combine a variety of sports, including cycling (road and cross country), kayaking, running (completed City 2 Surf Marathon) and crossfit (3 times per week) to achieve a holistic fitness package. Not the best at any one thing...good general overall fitness, that is when I am not travelling overseas for extended duration (spent past 8 months overseas and eating myself silly with maximum rest periods).. It's all good fun ;)
