How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I would say I'm paleo during the week and partially compliant on the weekends.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
4- 5 days a week. Mostly just do the programming we do at our box. Rarely addition WODs or endurance WODs until 3 months before World Games.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
All-Around Gymnast, All-American Iowa State University, Still Rings 1980.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses

My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I take 2 or sometimes 3 rest days a week. My rest days are as important as a WOD.
