I played college sports
Athletic Resume: 3 sports in HS (soccer, wrestling, baseball). Served USMC. Baseball in Jr College (left field). 9 years Powerlifting.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
Started Fall of 04' Most of the original workouts outside in Philly! Went to Globo in the Winter. Started CrossFit Oldtown in FEB 07'
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I train 6 days a week and add 3 extra workouts.
