My Experience With CrossFit
Found CrossFit in 2008 while hitting 100 Bodyweight deadlifts for time. First ever workout was 10 rounds of 15 deadlifts, 15 push ups, soon as I done that workout I was hooked. Every day of my training since 2008 is logged on Crossfit.com message board under the thread 'A Bears Tale'.

Train 6 days a week
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
8 years. Last year I competed at the CrossFit Games for the first time in the 45-49 year old category. I finished in 9th place. This year I want to be in the game for the title.
