If it has parents or runs away I eat it. Not paleo as cannot resist cheese sandwiches
How I Train
Train at my gym CrossFit Blackwater 6 days a week. Coach 7 days a week. Intensity over volume works best for me.

My Experience With CrossFit
Found CrossFit in 2008 while hitting 100 Bodyweight deadlifts for time. First ever workout was 10 rounds of 15 deadlifts, 15 push ups, soon as I done that workout I was hooked. Every day of my training since 2008 is logged on Crossfit.com message board under the thread 'A Bears Tale'.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
7 Years. Have tried to get to the games every year since 2009 missing out by one place in 2009 and by 4 places last year. This year I have booked the time off work already. This is my year.
