How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
My favorite supplements are whey protein and BCAA's. BCAA'S really help improve recovery and maintain intensity levels during my workouts.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I train 3-4 times at CrossFit Invictus per week and do my own programming/workouts several times a week at a traditional gym to work on strength movements.

I played youth or high school level sports
I have training certifications with N.A.S.M. and I.S.S.A I also have my CF-L1
