How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I just came off of 2 months of very strict Paleo with no cheating, gave myself a couple days of dairy and also birthday cake, and alcohol, but with the exception of not cutting out alcohol completely, I am strict Paleo again as of today. With regard to alcohol, I will be allowed to have wine on the weekends, no more than 2 glasses a day.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
In addition to my Crossfit workouts, I do a weekly run with a local group typically the 3.75 mile route. I try to run or bike twice in addition to the MOnday night runs, and incorporate a workout at home with my kettlebell once weekly.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Volleyball 7th-8th grade, and Indoor & Outdoor Track 7th-9th grades. My track events centered around hurdles and middle distance running, 400, 800, 1600m. I kept running after I left track as a way to relieve stress.
