I work out at the fire station about 10 days a month. My crew and I usually do a a crossfit workout together. We have a great set-up at the station. On my days off I workout at my affiliate... Forever Strong. I also compete in the world police and fire games with my FD flag football team, and also in "TCA."

I played professional sports
Played college soccer at University of Evansville. "Go Purple Aces" I played soccer professionally for a couple of years after college.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began Crossfit while at work. One of my crew members introduced me to Crossfit at the station. My first workout was "Filthy Fifty.".... I have been hooked ever since.
