How I Train

I have a coach who determines my programming

Moved from Melbourne to Perth at the begining of the year. I know train via corespondence. Ben Schwartz at Schwartz's CrossFit Melbourne looks after all my programming and coaching. I train at different venues including SF Gym West Coast CrossFit and also train and coach at TheMill.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I regularly play recreational sports

Basketball, netball, gymnastics when I was younger you name it I gave it a go....

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I train other people

I believe that most people have their own little story to tell. How CrossFit has impacted and changed something significant in their life. I think in a lot of cases that’s at the core of why CrossFit has such a strong community. After regionals in 2011 I quit my job selling steel at BlueScope. Completed my level III & IV and became a personal trainer. I have now moved interstate some 1 674.71964 miles away from family and friends to follow and pursue my passion to become an incredible coach through my experience as an athlete. So thanks to CrossFit I’m no longer stuck between four walls in an office selling steel…. I’m now out there lifting it ;-)…

My Work/Rest Schedule

I train what ever my coach pescribes me, it's always different!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

2-4 years
