All have played a crucial role in my return to competition. Dan Williams - ROM, Rob Downtown - Crossfit Norwest RAW Strength & Conditioning, Ben Schwartz - CrossFit Melbourne, Lucy Caldwell - The Mill gym, SPS gear www.spsgear.com, BSN www.bsnonline.net, Genesis Bentley www.genesisfitness.com.au and Rohan Macdonald without you none of this would be possible.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I have a coach who determines my programming

Worked with Rob Downtown from CrossFit Norwest RAW strength & conditioning on an intensive program to bring me back to competition strength after having over 5 months off of training.
