This will be the first year back competing after the birth of my first born child Sarah Macdonald. A special thanks to my support crew, coaches & sponsors. All have played a crucial role in my return to competition. Dan Williams - ROM, Rob Downtown - Crossfit Norwest RAW Strength & Conditioning, Ben Schwartz - CrossFit Melbourne, Lucy Caldwell - The Mill gym, SPS gear, BSN, Genesis Bentley and Rohan Macdonald without you none of this would be possible.

How I Eat

I eat whatever is convenient

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I have a coach who determines my programming

Worked with Rob Downtown from CrossFit Norwest RAW strength & conditioning on an intensive program to bring me back to competition strength after having over 5 months off of training. The programmed was tailored towards my weakness including injuries and helping me to bounce back competing safely after having a baby. I now am working with Dan Williams at ROM as I move into the competition season. I train at home, ROM, The Mill Gym & Genesis Bentley

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I regularly play recreational sports

My Experience With CrossFit
