I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I usually get in 4 training sessions per week .
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have had a couple of long (2 month) breaks due to injuries not related to Crossfit. I do credit Crossfit for faster recovery than would have been normal.
