How I Eat
I normally stick to a Paleo diet; however, being a police officer, I find that from time to time I have to break away and eat what I can when I can. I am very happy with my current weight; however, I need to shred a few inches off the waist.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
Growing up, I never played any sports. Upon becoming a police officer, I started running. I now have run 4 marathons and run 2-3 times a week. My minimum run is a 5K; however, I attempt to run 5 miles each time I run. Crossfit has given me what I have been looking for. I'm stronger and faster than any point in my life.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I work out five to six times a week. My rest day is never planned. I have found that my rest day is the day that I get stuck at work and can't make the gym.
