I have been a with Crossfit for over a year now and my progress has been rather slow for several reasons. I am not disappointed in the least though. I enjoy the workouts and camaraderie of the other people at Crossfit South Shore. Despite my slow progress I am determined to do the best I can with it and I am always encouraged by the coaching team at Crossfit South Shore.

I weigh and measure my food
I have been following a primal eating guide for about three weeks and plan on continuing doing so indefinitely.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I recently finished a ten mile race and although I would have liked my time to be better I was happy to finish.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
The coaching at Crossfit South Shore LI is terrific. The coaches and members are continuously encouraging everyone to improve in training and workouts.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I recently started making workouts 4 days a week though the days and my rest schedule vary often.
