Bio

Started CrossFit in February 2011 at CrossFit Norwest in Castle Hill and loved it instantly. My programming is done by CrossFit Norwest and RAW Strength and Conditioning. Special mention to my sponsors The Brave, ATP Science, and Rocktape Australia for their continued support.
