How I Eat
I generally eat with cutlery, however am not adverse to drinking my food. I think I would be a suitable candidate for space travel and am awaiting the call from NASA.
How I Train
I am fortunate to have a top quality programmer, Paul Warrior, who tells me what I need to do. I have a life style coach, Mike Robinson, who ensures my focused mental state. I also harness the body’s natural energy through a body talk practitioner based in Europe.
My Athletic Background
I like to think I am athletic enough to run away from the bigger boys in the gym when they try and steal my headband.
My Experience With CrossFit
I think there are experiences that are defining. I see crossfit as one, however I don’t fancy regional’s this year and am waiting for next year.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I like sleeping in an oxygen tent, at altitude or in a hypobaric chamber and try to have as many rest days as I do training days.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing crossfit one year, however my holistic training team has only been assembled for circa 3 months.
