I had reached a point in life where I realized enough is enough, I was 300 lbs, had no energy, walking up the stairs was a workout. My wife and I began a journey to live a different lifestyle. It's been an amazing journey and with the addition of Crossfit we're in the best shape of our lives, both physically and mentally.

I eat strict Paleo

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

Eggs,Coffee,Whole Wheat/Mulit Grain,PB, Whole Milk,Fish,Chicken, Veggies, Fruits, Lots of Water Aim for Gluten Free/Organic
