Found CrossFit two and a half years ago, and love the challenge, the camaraderie, and the constant dedication it takes to improve yourself. The rewards are astounding!! The coaches and members (my second family) at CrossFit Reflexion are absolutely amazing! We compete, support, rejoice and celebrate together, with a strong spirit and boundless energy!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Trying to be more Paleo, but chocolate and sweets are definite weakness.

Shawn Wilson and Jesse Udom are the knowledgable, supportive and dedicated coaches that I have the privilege to work and train with! I couldn't ask for a better team of coaches!!
