Found CrossFit two and a half years ago, and love the challenge, the camaraderie, and the constant dedication it takes to improve yourself. The rewards are astounding!! The coaches and members (my second family) at CrossFit Reflexion are absolutely amazing! We compete, support, rejoice and celebrate together, with a strong spirit and boundless energy!

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

Trying to be more Paleo, but chocolate and sweets are definite weakness.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

Shawn Wilson and Jesse Udom are the knowledgable, supportive and dedicated coaches that I have the privilege to work and train with! I couldn't ask for a better team of coaches!! The programming and nutritional guidance they provide all their athletes have produced results that the Reflexion community can see and feel in their day to day lives and performances in their training.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I played college sports

Played 4 years of college basketball.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

2-4 years
