I train at Crown City Crossfit located in Pasadena, CA. I used to do CrossFit in its infancy years ago for a brief period when in my early 30’s. I enjoyed the Olympic Lifting and Metabolic Conditioning components. I then ventured into my own path of exercise and fitness in the corrective realm. In more recent years, I’ve been refocusing on my endurance and metabolic conditioning. I started working with a trainer 1:1 to get another pair of eyes on my flexibility and mobility to help me get back into Oly Lifts I’m passionate about the quality of therapeutic and rehabilitative massage I offer to my clients, especially to allow them continuing to enjoy participating in their sport.
