Started CrossFit to improve my climbing on the road cycle. The constantly fatigued legs from the workouts actually slow me down unless I have a few days of rest but CrossFit has become maybe more important than my cycling anyway. I started CrossFit already into the over 60 master's division. Got the entire family into CrossFit.

I weigh and measure my food
Gluten free type I diabetes with insulin pump. Of course I measure my food!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I regularly play recreational sports
Belong to road cycling group. 100-150 miles/week in addition to 5 CrossFit workouts per week.
