How I Eat
I eat fairly strict Paleo, but I'm not a crazy psycho about it...sometimes you just have to enjoy life.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I do most of my workouts at my CF gym, but when work keeps me from getting there, I'll venture into a globogym to do some strength and skill work...plus I love the looks I get from doing HSPU's in the globo world. Priceless. I also love to practice yoga on a regular basis...it's a great counterbalance to the craziness that is Crossfit.
My Athletic Background
I did not grow up playing sports...just beating up the neighborhood boys that tried to bully my little brother. I still enjoy trying to beat up on the boys now...it's just a differnt kind of beating them up...mostly.
My Experience With CrossFit
Short story: I never worked out. I went to grad school and got fat really quick. I decided that sucked. I started running. I lost weight. I started running races while living in Seattle. I moved to Charleston and it was to stinkin' hot to be running all the time. I found Crossfit. I never looked back. I am now (BY FAR) in the best shape of my life. BOOM.
