How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I don't eat much bread or pasta or other grains. I eat plants and animals, usually green leaves growing in my garden and free range eggs for breakfast. Other than that I eat whatever is convenient. Lately I've been drinking a protein shake after a WOD.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I work out at home as well, usually a met con with my 24 kg kettlebell.
