I regularly play recreational sports
I was a couch potato until I started riding road and mountain bikes at the age of 25. I raced the regional and professional road and mountain bike scene for about 8 years. Before starting crossfit I had been doing some TRX, trail running and riding bikes just for fitness.

I started Crossfit in December 2012 and I LOVE IT! I struggle with the overhead weight but I will get it. I love the intensity and the community at my box!
