How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I have a continuing goal to become strict paleo. I still eat grains and sugars when I'm out or with friends and family. I don't get a lot of wild or grass fed/pasture raised meat and eggs. I've managed to give up my love of cheese, but I still have an occasional glass of milk or bowl of yogurt. I'm getting there.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I swam and played water polo in HS. I rowed at University.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I usually make it to the gym 3 to 4 days a week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I was active for almost a year and a half, then took 7 months off while I was pregnant with my second child. I've been back at it for 2 months, now.
