I enjoy getting tortured by whatever the evil minds have decided for the day. Im like a lemming.
My Athletic Background
Any sport involving physical violence is really my cup of tea. Seriously. Ice hockey, bring it.
My Experience With CrossFit
I started in October of 2011 at my affiliate. I sucked then and still suck now. Only I suck with heavier weights and faster times. The one thing I am skilled at is my dance moves atop of 20" box....its amazing. Im still waiting for that WOD.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I sleep horribly and I work too much. I even suck at naps.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Long enough that I should have mastered a stupid chest to bar by now.
