How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat healthy, but if I desire something sweet like Double Stuf Oreos, then I eat them.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I work out at CrossFit Now 3-4 times a week. I also throw in a few 5k's each week and a few races (obstacle / trail / road / duathlons) each month. My passion is obstacle races and not for time, but for the fun of it.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Running, biking, racquetball
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Personally, I use CrossFit to challenge myself. For the first 6 months I couldn't get more than 3 DU's in row, last week I got 26 and this week I got two unbroken sets of 20 in a single WOD.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Normally rest one day per week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started CrossFit about 7 months ago and I'm still really enjoying it!
