How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
100% Paleo, 80% of the time. Have to allow for the occasional Philly Cheesesteak or Chinese Food Takeout.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
Work out at both Crossfit KOP and Crossfit Main Line. I'm lucky to have two killer boxes within 10 miles of me, and my wife and I get great personal coaching from both boxes. Been focusing on a lot of upper body gymnastics and core work with Aimee Lyons... still a work in progress. :)
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I grew up playing basketball and lacrosse. Fell in love with martial arts and mixed martial arts in college. Trained and became certified as an instructor in Jeet Kune Do Concepts/Filipino Martial Arts under Joe Freyman (Senior Instructor, Progressive Fighting Systems). During my early thirties, I fell off the fitness wagon, and last year, used Crossfit to kickstart my fitness. I've never felt healthier, or more athletic. Crossfit is a great method to grow and develop my fitness as I enter my 40's.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I fit my Crossfit in around a pretty normal work schedule. I'll attend WOD's 4x a week, with the occasional 5 day structure. Usually 2 days on/1 off.
