Mother of two gems ages 10 and 7 and own a small local business. Happily married to a crossfit lover. I love working out and crossfit has helped me physically and emotionally in my life. I love to compete to keep my spirit alive and to set a great example to my children. I was chosen as Athlete of the month at my Crossfit gym, Brick Crossfit and now more than ever I would love to set new goals and challenges for myself.
