I have a background as a dancer, was dancing from 11-22 years old and was studying dance at University before I started doing crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Started doing crossfit in January 2013 by myself at a regular gym. I tried it out for 2 weeks in California right before.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
