I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

i work long shifts at work sometimes only a protein bar is my lunch...
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I workout 4-5 days per week at brick crossfit in west hollywood. sometimes i do back to back workouts.

I played youth or high school level sports
gymnastics x12 years, cheerleading x7 years, cross country and track x4 years
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
my husband tried to get me to do crossfit by suggesting cf workouts at the gym. i didn't really get into it. then i went to brick and now I seem to really like it.
