Bio

After years of the same old thing off and on in the gym and the same old results, I tried CrossFit to see what it could do for me. The learning curve was steep and the gains great, but now after about a year I've plateaued. I'm participating in the Open to motivate me to break through that wall and jump start my growth again. If I learn to push past that little voice in my head that tells me to stop, because I can't do it or because it hurts too much, then the Open will have been a success for me.
