Personal trainer and Group fitness Instructor since emigrating to Australia in 1987. Twin Boy and Girl turning 20this April, My Son Played Soccer in the UK, and my daughter is a personal trainer and Crossfit competitor. My Mother still does Crossfit at the age of 82 I competed in the World Games last year for the 3rd year in a row in Carson LA placing 13th in the 45 - 49 year old female category This will be my fourth consecutive world games in 2014 being the last year in the category before moving up to the 50-54 year old next year I have changed boxes since my last world games in 2012 and love the new coaches , athletes and box enthusiasm . I made one Of two of our teams at regionals for Crossfit Active ARTARMON last year and thus year I will be watching 3 teams from our box compete at regionals . My daughter was in the team last year that made the GAMES when she was 19 and this year will be the highlight again for me being with my daughter at the same comp cheering her on like she has cheered and supported me for the last 3 years if they make the GAMES again this year for the second time in a row .
