How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Paleo with carbs. I find that balance in my diet is essential and so I eat cheat meals 3 or 4 times a week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
Started off wodding 6-7 times a week expecting results until I quickly hit a wall. Read a shit ton of books and articles and its been mostly trial and error since. Now I focus on olympic lifting/strength and additional skill work but throw in a wod or two weekly. As I get stronger I will also up my conditioning. Hope to compete at regionals within the next few years.
