I started training at Crossfit Battleground in August of 2012. I weighed 355 pounds when I walked into the box for the first time. After the first Intro class I knew this is what was going to push me to finally be a healthy person. After six months of hard training and support from the other box members and especially the coaches I am closing in on the hundred pound lost mark. I am also faster, stronger and leaner than I could have ever thought at this point and I am far from done.
