I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

My wife and I started Crossfit in January 2012. I weighed 250 pounds, on blood pressure medicine and was 2 months out from my second rotator cuff repair. With the help and encouragement of the coaches and members at Ragin' Crossfit, I am now 215 pounds, lost 4+ inches off my waist, off blood pressure medicine and able to be competitive in my age group in my region. I have worked out intermittently throughout my life, gaining and losing weight. I have done Body for Life, P90X, Weight Watchers and many others, but have never stayed with a regimine like I have with Crossfit. Unlike all the other programs and working out at a regular gym, I actually look forward to going to Crossfit and feel guilty and depressed if I miss a workout!
