How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
In my mind I know I should eat healthy and clean but my mouth and stomach dictates. Until I become independently wealthy or hit the lottery to be able to hire myself a personal chef I don't think my eating habits will change much.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I record my workouts
I am addicted to working out no matter what it is.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Growing up I played soccer both in high school and on a travel team.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Other than going with friends I had never done crossfit. I had a personal trainer at one time who got into crossfit and started incorporating some of our workouts with crossfit movements.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Outside of crossfit I run during my lunch hour and/or go down to my gym and work on cardio or strength before heading to work.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
I joined crossfit at the end of January 2013 and have been hooked since the first day.
