Nothing can top the year that I had last year; Personal life and CrossFit combined was the best year of MY LIFE! I married an amazing man just after last years South West Regional comp- and trained hard for the CrossFit Games in July. I couldn't be happier with the 2013 year, but bring on 2014!!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eyeball similar with zone portions. My snacks are zoned out- I keep it boring but delicious!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts

I work for Aurora FIre Dept. which keeps my training interesting while at work and on my in between days. But I love my job, and deal with it all the best I can.
