ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat strict Paleo

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I eat modified Paleo (milk added) with a few cheat meals per week. I don't measure amounts, just eat as much as I need.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I workout with the awesome people at Lynnwood Crossfit, especially the devious Drew Barquist!

My Athletic Background

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit

I spent the better part of my life actively avoiding sports and fitness. I finally decided that I was unhappy with the way I was, so I jumped into CrossFit with both feet. Haven't looked back. :)

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

CrossFit has completely changed the way that I look at myself. Before I started, I didn't know how far I could push myself or how much I can do. I now have a much better idea of just how strong I am and how much I can endure. Even then, I still don't think that I've reached my limits, or that I ever will!

My Work/Rest Schedule

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I do one workout, three days a week with distance running on my "off" days and a full rest day once a week.
