What can I say. CFLO has changed my life & here I am posting my progress publicly. 4 months in & here I go! I will likely still have some modifications, but I'm doing this :) my workouts above are modified
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat a 80/20 Paleo diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
4 days/week of torturous fun!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I grew up showing horses and stopped 10 years ago. I like to mountain & road bike, but nothing has grabbed my heart like horses had until I started CF; I love the mental & physical challenge.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started on Oct. 1, 2012 at CFLO, inspired by my BFF Anna; and once I met Tommy & Lauren I knew I found a place that would hold me accountable, keeps things fun and provide an opportunity meet new friends who would inspire & kick my ass every time I walk through that door.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri Rest Wed, other outdoor activities on the weekend. Hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, biking..
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Started CF on Oct 1. Stopped eating bread & pasta - full-time; drinking alcohol only on the weekends.
