I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I used to work out at a typical gym
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I feel sick every day when I drive there but then feel awesome for accomplishing it and making it through the class!!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to get to CF 3-4 times a week - may up it to 5!
