havent really recorded my benchmark times, but some friends of mine said I was doing really well, and that I should try a competition. so, theres that.
How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
haha this is an intersting question, I eat whatever I feel like eating, be it pizza, burgers, pasta, tacos...its all good to me.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train as best I can. I work offshore for 3 weeks at a time, when I am on land I workout everyday, no rest days (unless im hungover, but even then, I try to hit the gym and sweat out the sins haha). when I am offshore, there is a gym, but with limited space and equipment, (no room for kipping pullups or overhead lifts) so I do alot more ground based workouts (pushups, situps...) I do try to work on my cardio as there are machines to run/ride on.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I grew up playing all kinds of sports, highschool involved tennis and soccer. which I think are both great cardio sports, which gave me a great start when I joined Crossfit EADO.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
began because of some friends on Facebook. I saw that they were having a ton of fun working out and getting in the best shape of their lives. so I thought I would get in on it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I work out everyday I am on land
