How I Train

CJ Martin of Invictus programmed for me last year and this year we are making it a collaborative effort. He is the best of the best when it comes to numbers and making workouts to help you better yourself as an athlete. I love to have structure from him, but have learned that sometimes I need to just get out and just do what feels good that day and go back to my roots (usually in the form of mountain biking, skiing, running, paddle boarding, hiking or just playing).
