How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Meat, eggs, veggies, sweet potatoes, some fruit, some nuts....and occasionally some dark chocolate almonds find there way in! :)

I have a coach who determines my programming
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts

CJ Martin of Invictus programmed for me last year and this year we are making it a collaborative effort. He is the best of the best when it comes to numbers and making workouts to help you better yourself as an athlete. I love to have structure from him, but have learned that sometimes I need to just get out and just do what feels good that day and go back to my roots (usually in the form of mountain biking, skiing, running, paddle boarding, hiking or just playing).

2-4 years
I did a CrossFit competition at Level 10 CrossFit in Oroville, CA the summer of 2010 but didn't officially start CrossFit training until late December/early January of 2011.
