I got into Crossfit about 2 years ago. I love the high intensity style of exercise based upon functional movement. I've done a couple inner box battles and last year's OPEN which I really enjoyed. I also enjoy nutrition, juicing, and eating clean.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Whole foods, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Minimal eating out.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I raced motocross professionally for 17 years.

I workout 3-4 times a week and pepper in other things I enjoy like mountain biking on weekends.
