I just love to move and be active. I like the ninja-esque movements in Crossfit such as rope climbs and HSPUs. I love the competitive nature of Crossfit. I feel blessed to have my health and a body that allows me to push myself to my limits.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Whole foods, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Minimal eating out. Tasty craft beer is my cheat.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I raced motocross professionally for 17 years.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I workout 3-4 times a week and pepper in other things I enjoy like mountain biking on weekends.
