I'm a CrossFit Level 1 coach, a Precision Nutrition-certified coach, and I'm proud to be an online nutrition coach with Level Nutrition. I started doing CrossFit in a Las Vegas hotel gym during NBA Summer League in July 2009, and I'm now a better athlete and person than I was then -- or at any point prior. I have been a professional sports reporter for 20 years, and have covered the NBA or CBS Sports since 2008. My wife, Melissa, and sons Jason & Zach are proud of me and also think I'm a little nuts. Both opinions are justified.
