I am a 60 year old man, who has Heart Disease. I started CrossFit 10 years ago to challenge my mortality after having emergency angioplasty and four stents. So far, thanks to my Wife Sheila, I am winning! After a shoulder surgery on 2021 and knee surgery in 2022, going to give it another go.
