I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Breakfast - protein and fat - lots of bacon Lunch - salad loaded with fat and protein and starch Dinner - cooked veggies, rice or potatoes, and meat Protein and Carbs post workout - Revive-Rx Recovery after every training session -
