How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I get to my box every day that I am home. I travel 1-2 weeks a month with work so I spend a lot of time in hotels. I try to programme some simple WODs depending on the facilities available.
My Athletic Background
I played professional sports
Began with swimming at national level and then played rugby semi-professional rugby while at college. I only really realised how bad my lifting techniques were when I had had some proper coaching at my box.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Both my diet and my overall approach to fitness have improved due to CF.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
5 children means I struggle to train on the weekend so Saturday or Sunday are always 1 rest rest day and sometimes both.
