Bio

I ran cross country and track from high school up to college level. Specialized in the mile run. Started lifting weights 20 years ago to build muscle and stay fit. My wife introduced me to crossfit October of 2012. I enjoy how crossfit has given me a new outlook at working out. Everyday is a new accomplishment.
