Married to a lovely and supportive wife. Father of three. Actor/Singer who started CrossFit after injury. Thanks to CrossFit I'm back at work and in better shape than ever. Former breakdancer and martial artist. Enjoying the workouts and the community. Co-owner at CrossFit Solid smack in the middle of beautiful Stockholm city. We have a few Games veterans, me included. Made it to the Games three times in the 45+ division with a third place 2015. Hopefully a few qualifying this year aswell 😁

A fractured hip and two herniated discs. Coming back from injuries and grabbing a third place at the Games is a big thing for me :-)
