How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to mix a little vegan with paleo. Basically I try to avoid animal products and stay as far as I can away from pasta, and bread. I weigh and measure nothing I just eat as many fruits and veggies as I want. I would say am successful 75-80% of time. As a true Oregonian I will never cut beer from my diet. I never planned to live forever :)

Long story I started in 2006 and then was away from Jan 2011 till Sep 2012. So been back just over 6 mos.
