I have a coach who determines my programming
I spend extra time after classes working on my goats, which there's a herd of them. The support from my box is priceless. There is always someone to psyche you up, workout with you and/or be there to give you that tweak that makes all the difference.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
Rest is important for me. Not just my naps. I like to have a consistent break. I take Thur & Sun off.
