How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try, but my willpower isn't always there. My main vice is Diet Pepsi. LOTS of Diet Pepsi. This will be my main addiction I will overcome this year.
How I Train
I have a coach who determines my programming
I use the Crossfit site for knowledge and research mostly. I'm addicted to Mobility WOD and K-Starr. I just changed my workouts to include 2 days of O-lifting to not only learn the techniques but also remember them. My coach Justin is awesome, but the whole gym is a big support.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I've worked out in gyms on and off for the last 25 years.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
Rest is important for me. Not just my naps. I like to have a consistent break. I take Thur & Sun off.
