I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
My day typically consists of: warm-up, stretch, gymnastics tech, strength, 2 WODs followed by core work. I wish I had time to do more!
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I played professional sports
I was a competitive gymnast for the majority of my childhood and teens. After gymnastics, I did power cheerleading for 6 years. This includes competing on an All-Star team, for my University and on Team Canada.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
Like so many former gymnasts, I was searching for a sport that could challenge me. I did a 1/2 'Cindy' my first day at CF Waterloo and could barely fasten a seat belt for a week. That was enough for me to fall in love with the sport.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
